Whether you need someone to listen to you and provide spiritual and emotional support or you want to take on this ministry as part of your service at St. Andrew’s, we can make that happen. Are you experiencing life-changing events right now? This ministry prepares and delivers meals to people who have serious illness in their family, have had a baby, a death in the family or are experiencing other challenges or crisis in their lives. On the first weekend of the month, we share communion through the breaking of bread and sharing of the cup in remembrance of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection. At St. Andrew’s, all are welcome to share in this experience. Communion Servers assist in serving communion during Worship Services. If you would like to help serve communion, please contact:

If anyone has a friend or family member who is in the hospital or recuperating at home, and they would like to have a visit, let us know. We will arrange for a therapy team or two to go and visit them. 2. If someone has a dog that they think would make a good therapy dog, let us know. We will get them in touch with one of our tester/observers, and get them started in doing therapy work.

Prayer Shawl Ministry Join this group as they knit or crochet prayer shawls to be given to those who are in need of healing, inspiration, encouragement or comfort. They meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 7 p.m. Lessons offered on request. For more information, please contact:
Divorce Care This special place of encouragement, information and sharing is an on-going support and study group for people who are separated or divorced. There is no start or ending date.  (Ages 5 - 12) This special group meets Mondays from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the Lower Level Music Rehearsal Room. At the weekly gatherings, kids make friends with other kids who understand how they feel and the things they are going through. Best of all, they learn how God’s love can strengthen them and help turn tears to hope and joy. DC4K meets in 13-week cycles, and will be offered on an ongoing basis.
