	Mom's Time Out
	Are you a mom and feel like it is your turn for a time out? We have the group for you! Mom’s Time Out is a group at St. Andrew’s for mothers of babies through school-aged children. This group will be the perfect opportunity to develop new friendships, take a break from your children, have a little fun and hopefully learn something along the way! The group is open to both members and non-members of St. Andrew’s so grab a friend and join us! When: 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month 9:30—11:00 a.m. Where: St. Andrew’s UMC What: Fellowship, Crafts, Speakers, Activities, Service Projects and more! 	Saturday & Sunday Church School (Preschool – 3rd Grade)
	All children are invited to learn about the love of Jesus. Bible stories are taught through games, singing, arts and craft and reading. Classes are available for preschool age through 5th grade and are offered on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday at 10:00 a.m.

	Grapple Pre-teen Bible Study (4th – 5th Grade)
	This curriculum tackles the tough questions these kids are asking and captures their attention, digging into the real-life issues they are dealing with every day. This class is offered on Sunday at 10:00 a.m.

	Childcare
	Parents need to feed their own need for Christian education, mission, service and fellowship. We offer childcare for both day and evening events as well as our Saturday and Sunday services. For more information contact Amy Sorensen at asorensen@standrewsomaha.net

	Vacation Bible School & Summer Camps
	St. Andrew’s offers children unique, interactive and exciting opportunities to learn about God’s word throughout the summer. Sign your children today for our 2011 Vacation Bible School- Pandamania!. Kids will learn how God Is Wild About Us! Learn more and REGISTER for VBS!

	Performing Arts Camp
	Camp is for children who have just completed 2nd - 8th grades. If you like to sing, dance, sew, paint or draw this is the camp for you! Learn all the “behind the scene” operations of a musical production. Camp Activities Include: costumes, pantomime, acting games, make-up, set design, singing and acting. MORE INFORMATION
	Upward Basketball and Cheerleading (K – 6th Grade)
	Every child plays. Every child learns. Every child wins. This evangelistic sports ministry is specifically designed to promote salvation, character and self-esteem in every child. Practices are one night each week and games are on Friday evenings and Saturdays. See above for registration and more information.

	Wednesday Night Bible Study
	In the fall and spring kids meet in a large group for music and worship and then break into small groups for Bible Study. Check back for more specifics on our upcoming studies.

	Divorce Care for Kids (Ages 5-12)
	This special group meets Mondays from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. At the weekly gathers kids make new friends going through similar situations and they learn how God’s love can strengthen them and help to turn tears to hope and joy. 	Mission Projects
	We at St. Andrew’s understand the importance of giving back to our community and it is something we want to teach our children. Throughout the year we provide opportunities for our children to serve.

	Special Events
	St. Andrew’s enjoys hosting various special events for the children of our church and community throughout the year. Check back for more details about our annual Fall Fest, Easter Egg Hunt, Happy Birthday Jesus Party and others.
