Pastor Bruce Davis
Pastor Bruce Davis moved from Springfield, MO in 2005 to take leadership as the Senior Pastor at St. Andrew’s UMC. Bruce and his wife Nancy came to St. Andrew’s from Missouri as a co-pastor team back in 2005. In 2013, Nancy took on a new assignment as Pastor of Elkhorn Hills United Methodist Church and has since retired. Pastor Bruce starts every day bright and early. You can find him most every morning at Panera by 6am, where he drinks coffee and writes his upcoming sermons. He is known as someone who loves history and enjoys reading and learning. Grandparenting is another one of his favorite hobbies. With 4 grandkids spread across many time zones, he loves skyping and visiting the grandkids. Bruce comes from a long line of Methodist preachers, with his father and grandfather both serving churches before him.
Pastor Mandy Barkhaus
Pastor Mandy Barkhaus came aboard St. Andrew’s in 2007, as our first Radical Hospitality Coordinator. She continued to grow in her faith and leadership here at St. Andrew’s taking on the leadership role of Youth Director in 2011. Mandy led our youth to deepen their faith in Jesus in turn she heard the call of the Lord and replied, “Here am I, Send me” (Isaiah 6:8), in 2014. She jumped into her seminary schooling as completely as she is in her faith. Mandy’s transition to Associate Pastor has been seamless. When she isn’t studying you may find her on her paddle board or looking for her next adventure. Mandy shares her adventurous spirit with her husband Tom. Mandy and Tom have two sons, who keep them busy with a variety of activities.
