The United Methodist Church is led through a shared ministry of clergy and laity. At St. Andrew’s, our lay leaders serve faithfully on elected committees that help guide the mission, ministries, and operations of the church. These leaders provide prayerful discernment, oversight, and accountability, supporting everything from worship and staffing to finances and facilities.
